Meet Willa! This cheerful 13-year-old is waiting for a permanent, loving family. Could you or someone you know be the right family for Willa?
Holt staff met Willa for the second time during their visit in March 2024. Willa told us she loves gardening! She recently planted flowers in her orphanage’s garden but, she admitted with a smile on her face, all of the flowers she planted have unfortunately died.
Willa is described as friendly, responsible, cheerful and cooperative. At her orphanage, she enjoys playing a string game (similar to jump rope), playing soccer and watching a popular TV show. She has two best friends at her home whom she regularly spends time with. They like to pick fruit together from nearby trees.
An ideal adoptive family for Willa should be supportive and encouraging to help build her self-esteem. They should be open to unknowns and have access to educational resources to help her reach her potential. She likely would do well in a home with other children.
If you think you or someone you know could be the right family for Willa, please email our waiting child team at [email protected]! We cannot share photos of her publicly due to country restrictions on privacy. However, we do have more photos and videos available to share with prospective families.
