Hi, I'm Natcha
I'm a girl, 2 years old and live in Thailand.
After birth, she weighed 1,900 grams, which was below the standard weight at birth. After delivery, she needed care in an incubator for two weeks because she was underweight and her lungs were not strong, causing rapid breathing. While in the incubator, she couldn't breastfeed as breast milk didn't flow, and there was no stimulation for her to suckle. Thus, she had to consume formula milk from the beginning. She was under the care of her parents, with her grandmother providing some financial support. Her father worked to support the family, whereas her mother couldn't work outside due to taking care of her babies. This imbalance resulted in insufficient income to meet expenses. The hospital referred the family to receive powdered milk for the child and scheduled continuous medical check-ups.
