John Matt was referred to RSCC on October 4, 2023 for temporary shelter. Their birthmother found herself incapable to raise and support their needs being a solo parent and jobless. She has to return to work as house helper to support her children in the future, but no one will look after her children. Thus, she has sought help from, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer, Merida, Leyte who in turn referred her children to the Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC) for temporary shelter.
