The child was referred by MSWDO Binangonan Rizal, as per report, the child was continue neglected by her biological parents due to their vices. Biological mother was incarcerated. Relatives does not wanted to take the child custody because of her mother’s unfavorable behavior. Upon admission, Alhianna was observed as a well-child. The child does not have any special needs. Relatives do not want to take the child’s custody because her mother always was having conflict and fight with them even though there are providing for the child daily needs.
