Robby was referred by Bahay-Aruga, he was found roaming around in the Market at 9.30 in the morning. Robby was transferred to New Faith Family Children’s Home Foundation, Inc. for residential care and proper case management. During the admission, it was observed that Robby is jolly with good physical appearance. No information gathered about his family background.
