Rescued by the MSWDO for alleged child endangerment. Upon admission, Annabel had asthma and bronchitis. Annabel was rescued by DSWD because her parents gave her custody to a couple without any legality. The birth mother is allegedly having bad habits while her biological father is staying in the streets.
