Upon the expansion of the Educational Assistance Service in Marikina City, this child was one of the students referred by the SDO Marikina City. Jacob has a proper height and weight appropriate for his age. The child has a normal body built and condition. Jacob comes from a low income family wherein their needs are only enough for their everyday needs. The amount they are earning is not enough to provide for other school necessities.
