Paul was referred by the Schools Division Office as a beneficiary for the Educational Assistance in Malabon City. The child was healthy and in his well-being. He was jolly and likes to befriend other children his age. Paul comes from a low income family were his parents cannot support his needs, more so of his educational needs. His parents lost their jobs because of the pandemic and finds extra works to sustain their daily needs.
