Upon the expansion of the Educational Assistance Service in Marikina City, child was one of the students referred by the SDO Marikina City. Winnie has a proper height and weight appropriate for her age. She has a normal body built and condition. The child comes from a low income family wherein their needs are only enough for their everyday needs. The amount they are earning is not enough to provide for other school necessities.
