The child was referred by the Schools Division Office Caloocan City as a beneficiary for the Educational Assistance in Camarin, Caloocan City. Upon admission, the child was a healthy and joyful child. She was healthy and in good shape. The child and his 3 more siblings are under the care of their father. His father is the only one working in their family, and is burdened because he cannot provide all the needs of his children.
