Upon the expansion of the Educational Assistance Service in Caloocan City, he is one of the students referred by the SDO Caloocan City. He was petite and needs to gain weight. He does exercise that reduce the risk of developing several diseases and improve his quality of life. Justine comes from a low income family. He has 3 siblings and all of them are at risk of dropping out because his father works as a carpenter and his wage is not enough to sustain their school expenses and even meeting their daily needs.
