Upon the expansion of the Educational Assistance Service in Caloocan City, he is one of the students referred by the SDO Caloocan City. Carl was physically healthy. He does exercise that reduce the risk of developing several diseases and improve his quality of life. The child comes from the low income family wherein their budget is only enough to meet their daily expenses. His father is a tricycle driver and his mother is a housewife. His father earns a minimum wage and cannot able to support him school expenses.
