Upon the expansion of the Educational Assistance Service in Caloocan City, He is one of the students referred by the SDO Caloocan City. The child was physically and mentally healthy and is likely to have bodily functions. The child comes from a low income family wherein the money is only enough to support their daily needs. His parents are having a hard time to finance not only his but also his siblings school expenses.
