Rommel Jr. was referred to the center due to family’s financial difficulty. Upon arrival, Rommel Jr. the physical health is in good condition. Though, he was thin, he can perform his physical activities very well. The family lives in a small house. The father is the breadwinner of the family who works as a steel man and earns small amount a day. The expenses of the family are quite heavy for the father. The mother, on the other hand secures the budget of Rommel in school, for she dreams that Rommel will be able to finish his studies and be of help to his younger siblings.
