John Lord was referred by DepEd School Division Office to KBF – Holt International for the Educational Assistance Service. Upon admission, John Lord has a proper height and weight. He has never been hospitalized. John Lord is in the care of his grandparents. He is from a broken family. His mother left them for another man while his father left them too. Their grandmother is the sole provider of the family who sells eggs “balut’’ and the profit from selling those eggs are not enough for the expenditures of the family.
