Mildred was referred by DepEd School Division Office for the Educational Assistance of Holt International thru KBF Family and Community Outreach Program. Upon admission, Mildred was observed with no proper hygiene. She was weak and looked like malnourished. Her height was not suitable for her age because she is small. Mildred is the elder daughter of her parents and she has also a younger sister. Her mother is working in a laundry shop and her father is a contractual construction worker. The income of the family is not enough to provide the needs of the family.
