Elize belongs to a single parent. The family was referred to us by the barangay council. It was assessed that the family is in need to be part of the Educational Assistance for Elize Andrea to continue her schooling and be provided the basic needs, including health and education. During the interview, Elize Andrea showed positive characteristics, she was active then and has no signs of any common sickness. Elize is the only child of a single parent, a high school graduate and her work is buy and sell plastic to the market and bakery; she earns a minimal amount, not enough for their basic needs. The provision of Educational assistance will be a great help.
