Angelo was referred by the hospital upon birth due to assessment of incapacity of the mother in attending to the needs of the child. Angelo was premature and admitted having small body built and yellowish skin color or jaundice. New born screening results shows all within normal limits. Angelo's mother has psychological condition that might hinder her to provide and attend the special needs of Angelo considering the economic status of the family despite of the willingness and support of the maternal grandmother.
