Hi, I'm Hatem
I'm a boy, 5 years old and live in Southeast Asia.
Hatem was eight (8) days old when admitted to Hayag Receiving and Child Caring Home on October 18, 2019. His referral was facilitated by the DSWD Social Worker. Initially, he was directly placed by his biological mother to a certain person. Since independent placement is not allowed, he was turned-over to the Hayag Receiving and Child Caring Home for temporary shelter and custody. Hatem was found physically healthy with no signs of abnormality upon birth. Upon turn-over, he slept soundly. Accordingly, he was breastfed upon birth prior to the separation from his biological mother. He then was given milk formula. Initially, he was turned-over to the center for the purpose of adoption. He’s born out of wedlock. He’s the youngest child in the brood of three (3) children in the family. His family was homeless and were forced to stay in a distant relative for survival. Hence, her mother resorted for his adoption for his good future.
