Hi, I'm Emuujin
I'm a girl, 11 years old and live in Mongolia.
Even though Tarialan is the largest soum that has advance development of agriculture, there are number of social issues in relation with its large number of populations. Most households don’t have sustainable income source and majority of them have seasonal work based on environment and livestock farming. Due to these seasonal works, the majority of households of Tarialan soum are not able to have sustainable monthly income and unable to provide basic needs of their children. Foods and consumer goods are very expensive compared with center of province or Ulaanbaatar city. Without sustainable income and unable to support his children the father approached the Committee for Supporting Livelihood of soum for help. The Committee asked us to support this family and we enrolled the child Emuujin in the program.
She was healthy during admitting in the program.
Emuujin’s parents divorced, the mother neglected his children. The family has 3 members and poor. Emuujin lives with her father and her younger brother. Only income they have is a child welfare allowance, which barely provide food and other necessities. The family live in a poorly maintained Ger dwelling.
