Hi, I'm Usukh-Ireedui
I'm a boy, 7 years old and live in Mongolia.
Tarialan soum of Khuvsgul province is located 600 km away from Ulaanbaatar city and 200 km away from the center of Khuvsgul aimag. Even though Tarialan is the largest soum that has advance development of agriculture, there are number of social issues in relation with its large number of population. Most households don’t have sustainable income source and majority of them have seasonal work based on environment and livestock farming. The family has three children. Without a job and unable to support their children they approached the Committee for Supporting Livelihood of soum for help. The Committee asked us to support this family and we enrolled their son Usukh-Ireedui in the program.
Usukh-Ireedui was healthy during admission into program.
The family's living condition is below the poverty level. Only income is a child welfare allowance from the government. The parent have seasonal job and doesn't have sustainable income. The mother takes care younger child and the parent face many challenges, not only to feed her children but also their education, and to keep home warm during winter. They doesn't have their own place to live.
