Hi, I'm Margad
I'm a girl, 15 years old and live in Mongolia.
Family has 4 members, father works at road construction company and it is a seasonal job. Mother is employed as a cleaner at Bank office. The income of the family is not enough to sustain their basic needs and including school supplies for children. The referral came to us from local authority to assist their child in our education, livelihood support program.
Margad was healthy when admitted in the program.
The family lives in a Ger in the Ger district. The parents have temporary jobs, they face many challenges to survive on their insufficient income. Their greatest concern is children’s education and school supplies. The increasing price of food and other major product is making more difficult to cover all basic needs. Especially in winter season, when there is more pressure to keep their dwelling warm. The coal is expensive and its cost continues to raise.
