Patti is a sweet girl who is described as helpful and loving. She enjoys helping with household tasks, like emptying the dishwasher or watering the plants. Patti loves to draw, paint and experiment with art projects. She likes riding her toy motorbike and jumping on the trampoline. Patti prefers to play with a small group of friends rather than a large group. She is slow to warm up to others, but is working on answering questions within a small group of peers. Patti is also working on pronouncing her sounds correctly.
An ideal adoptive family for Patti should be open to unknowns and have access to excellent special education services. They will need to be able to connect through play and be open to learning about and applying Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) techniques.
