Milo, Dorsey and Harvey need a family now!
These three boys each urgently need a family soon before their referrals are withdrawn and they are sent to an orphanage! Help us find a family for each of these sweet boys!
Milo is a sweet, almost 2-year-old boy who came into Holt’s care when he was about a month old. He likes to show his joy by babbling and smiling. One of his favorite activities is playing in the bathtub and splashing.
He is an outgoing little guy who likes to be held and played with, and isn’t shy around strangers. He currently lives with a foster family that has been fostering children for Holt for 15 years. They love and adore Milo, and he is growing up well in their care. However, if we don’t find him a family soon, he will have to separate from his foster family — the family who has raised him and loved him — to go live in an orphanage. This will be devastating for Milo.
At his most recent Well Baby Clinic in May 2018, he was assessed at 16-18 months developmentally and was in the 75th percentile for height, weight and head circumference. He walks, runs, kicks a ball, sits alone, waves bye-bye, takes off his own socks, says 3+ words, and understands simple instructions.
Milo needs a family that will be understanding of his medical history and has excellent access to any medical resources and therapies he may need.

Dorsey is an active little guy who likes to move and wiggle! So much so that taking a picture without a little blur is nearly impossible (see above).
Right now, Dorsey lives with a foster family and they adore him. However, if we don’t find him a family soon, he will have to separate from his foster family — the family who has raised him and loved him — to go live in an orphanage. This will be devastating for Dorsey.
Dorsey was born prematurely at an estimated 36 weeks, weighing 5.55 pounds, and he had some prenatal alcohol and tobacco exposure.
Even in his short life so far, Dorsey has encountered some challenges. But with the right family cheering him on and providing the support he needs, he can overcome those challenges! The right family for Dorsey will be understanding of his medical history, provide the care he needs and give him outlets for all his energy!

Harvey’s foster mother tells us that he loves to laugh and play games with people. One of his favorite games is peek-a-boo because he thinks it is hilarious when the other person uncovers their eyes!
Harvey likes to do normal 1-year-old things such as crawl around the room, make fun babbling sounds and sleep. One of his favorite pastimes is getting a baby massage from his foster mom. He is also learning some words, and will probably be telling jokes in no time!
Harvey was exposed to alcohol and tobacco prenatally, but he is growing and thriving in the loving care of his foster family. However, if we don’t find him a family soon, he will have to separate from his foster family — the family who has raised him and loved him — to go live in an orphanage. This will be devastating for Harvey.
Harvey needs a family who has a good understanding of his medical history, can provide any treatment or resources he might need in the future, and doesn’t mind having laughter in their house!
