Sean has some gross motor skill developmental delay, but he has shown good improvement and the ability to learn and master new skills. He loves playing with toy cars, making paper airplanes, putting together puzzles and being outside.
The ideal adoptive family for Sean will have access to medical and Spanish-speaking therapeutic and educational resources, as well as a willingness to speak Spanish in the home. They will also have abundant patience and love to lavish on this resilient boy, especially when it comes to schoolwork and adjusting to somewhere new!
Sean’s caregivers have seen him adapt positively to new environments and new challenges, and they believe he will thrive in a home with plenty of empathy and compassion.
